Paw Prints in my Heart

Paw prints in my Heart

My eye’s were blinded by tears.
I imagine her thin long ears,droopy eye’s.

I wish she was beside me.
Her big brown eye’s is scared into my brain.

Her brown, white, and black fur turned grey.
Her gums turned white…
She stopped breathing.

I held her paw and looked at her and said.
You were the first dog I ever had.

Six feet below lies the best dog ever…Sadie.
The most loving, caring, and most playful bengal anyone could ever ask for.

The person who wont stop loving me

I admire my step-dad for always putting a smile on my face and always saying he would take a bullet for me.
It was Nov.15,2014 when I was laying in bed when I woke up to my Mom screaming and crying.I darted outside to see what happened and she looked at me,and held my hand and said “He’s Gone”.When she said that to me I had flashbacks of all the stories and all the cheesy jokes he told me.
She shook me and woke me up and she gave me a newspaper.”Jeffrey Scott Boyd, born May 27,1983 died Saturday, Nov 15,2014 of the age of 31 while sleeping peacefully next to his loving fiancee.Resident of Longview,Texas Jeff is survived by his sizable family and friends.
I looked at her and I said “Is he really gone but i never got to say goodbye”!
