My step-dad is always putting a smile on my face and always saying he would take a bullet for me.
It was Nov.15,2014 when I woke up from my mom screaming and crying.I ran outside to see what happend and she looked at me and held my hand and said “He’s Gone”. When she told me I had flashbacks of all the stories and all the cheesy jokes he told me and how he would die for me.
She woke me up and gave me a newspaper that said “Jeffery Scott Boyd ,born May 27,1983 died Saturday ,Nov.15,2014 age of 31 while sleeping peacefully next to his loving fiancée.Resident of Longview,Texas Jeff is Survived by his sizable family and friends.
She woke me up again and I said “Is he really gone…But I never got to say goodbye…”
